• Always use a hands free car kit or portable hands free device while driving.
  • Know your Phon: Familiarize yourself with the features and functions your phone has (Speed Dial, Redial, Voice Mail), and use them to the maximum level. Let Voice Mail take messages when is not safe to answer.
  • Keep it within reach - make sure your Hands Free Kit or / and Phone are within easy reach.
  • Do not take notes or look up phone numbers while driving. Use common sense. Don't get caught in a dangerous situation because you are reading or writing and not paying attention to the road or nearby vehicles.
  • Programs frequently used numbers. Pre-program important and frequently dialed numbers, including home and office, so you can dial them by pressing only a few buttons.
  • Use your wireless phone to call for help. Make sure you have 911 preprogrammed in your phone. Most phones have 911 preprogrammed if you keep the 9 button pressed. Remember, it is a free call on your wireless phone!
  • Don't take notes or look up phone numbers and avoid stressful conservations.
  • If traffic conditions require your undivided attention, turn off your phone and let Voice Mail or Call Forwarding manage your calls.
